Volume Discount

To receive the volume discount a minimum of 12 pieces per garment must be ordered. Any garment orders under the 12 piece minimum will be subject to a 20% up charge per piece. All prices given are based on the 12 piece minimum order.

Your order date is the day that Slush Kouture Inc. receives your Club's/Team's completed order form and deposit.

Any add-on items ordered after the initial order is placed cannot be guaranteed to be ready on time. Slush Kouture Inc. will contact you with the new expected completion date. The 12 piece minimum discount does not apply to any of the add-on garments.

Club/ Teams orders and payments can be made directly through the Slush Kouture Inc website or by email and payments can be made by using paypal, certified cheque or money order. The order must be approved by the Club/Teams contact person, orders will not be processed unless the order forms have been completed and the deposit has been received.

Deposits

We require a 50% deposit when placing your order. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery.

Sample Request

Garment Samples

Slush Kouture Inc can provide a garment sample in each of your Clubs/Teams selections, a garment from our standard colour line will be provided. Your Club/Team will be required to give a deposit of $80 for each garment, which will be returned to your Club/Team once the garments are received by Slush Kouture Inc. in their original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping charges (if applicable).

Sizing Samples

If your Club/Team will require a set of sample sizes there will be a $200.00 depositrequired which will be returned to your Club/team once the samples have been returned to Slush Kouture Inc. in their original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping charges (if applicable).

All samples sent out will be in the same style/design and fabric as our standard line. For custom colour selection, fabric swatches will be provided.

Sample garments and sample sizing must be returned to Slush Kouture Inc. by the specified date or your club/team deposit will be forfeited (unless an extension was agreed upon by both parties).

Please Note: Samples must be returned to Slush Kouture Inc. in the same condition that they were sent out. We understand that samples will be used for sizing and fit and are meant to be tried on multiple times. Any garment that has been damaged, washed or altered from its original condition will be considered used and will result in a forfeiture of the deposit given.

Refunds & Exchanges

Slush Kouture Inc. will exchange any garment with a manufacturers defect within 30 days of the garments delivery. It is at the discretion of Slush Kouture Inc. to reserve the right to decline any exchange after the 30 days.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on stock/custom garment that have been embroidered, screened or heat transferred with custom logo.

Slush Kouture Inc. will offer a 1 year price guarantee for any re-ordering, this will not include any one time special pricing throughout the year and only applies to regular 12 pieces minimum pricing. (12 piece minimum will still apply to receive the volume discount).
